Ceres: Journal of Engineering, Technology, Agricultural Science and Sustainable Development

Ceres: Journal of Engineering, Technology, Agricultural Science and Sustainable Development is an organ of scientific dissemination and interdisciplinary thinking, ascribed to Ediciones Clío. Ceres is a peer-reviewed journal of international scope, published every six months. Its purpose is to promote research and critical reflections from an interdisciplinary and critical perspective that links engineering, technology and agricultural sciences, with a focus on sustainable development.

Ceres is open to dialogue between disciplines such as Agricultural Engineering, Food Technology, Environmental Sciences, Agronomy, Animal Husbandry and related areas. It also pays special attention to studies that address technological innovation, sustainability in agricultural systems, natural resource management and the environmental impact of productive activities.

Each volume contains several sections to respond to the various intellectual productions, such as scientific and technical articles, essays, interviews, technical experience reports, scientific dissemination texts, book and audiovisual media reviews, manifestos and institutional declarations.

As an editorial team, we offer a space for rigorous and plural analysis of the problems that affect human communities and the natural environment, providing a communication bridge between academic, technical and popular knowledge. In addition to the search to question the traditional forms of knowledge and contribute to its transformation from an ethical commitment to the natural, social and cultural environment.
