Of the manuscript:
1. With the proposal, the authors will issue a written communication with autographed signatures, addressed to the Editor of the journal, stating that they express interest in proposing their work for publication, that it is unpublished, has not been proposed or published in other journals or publishers, and that they are solely responsible for its content.

3. The evaluation of the Reviewers will be carried out by the procedure known as blind pair: the reviewers and the authors will not know each other's identities.
4. All papers are treated with specialized software to detect duplicate content (plagiarism). Any case detected will imply the rejection of the article; in this case, a notification will be issued to the author(s), accompanied by a detailed report and he/she will not be given the possibility to postulate another manuscript in the journal again.
Evaluation criteria:
Formal or presentation criteria: 1) originality, pertinence and adequate length of the title; 2) clarity and coherence of the discourse; 3) adequate preparation of the abstract; 4) internal organization of the text; 5) all other criteria established in these regulations.
Content criteria: 1) evidenced mastery of knowledge; 2) scientific rigor; 3) theoretical and methodological basis; 4) timeliness and relevance of the sources consulted; 5) contributions to existing knowledge.
The refereeing process is described in detail on the journal's website:
https://revistaceres.com/index.php/ceres/arbitraje
Upon receipt of the response from the Referees Committee, the authors will be informed by e-mail of the corresponding decision. If the paper is accepted for publication, authors should verify that, once their article has been published, both personal and academic data are correct. Any changes should be communicated during the first fifteen (15) days after the publication of the issue of the journal, always taking into account the periodicity of the journal.

Norms for citations and references
The citation will be made taking into account the manual of standards of the American Psychological Association (APA) in its 7th edition, available at: https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/citations and applying the guidelines established in this section.
Citations
The author-date and page number are used in the text, in the case of a textual citation.
Textual citation: the author's words are reproduced exactly.
If the quotation is up to 40 words, it is incorporated in the text between double quotation marks, without italics. More than 40 words, it is written separately from the text, in block, indented 1 cm from both margins, without quotation marks, without italics and with single spacing. The identification of the source will be according to the following example, if the parenthetical style is used: (Granadillo, 1998, p. 45) or the narrative style: ...Granadillo (1998, p. 45).
Paraphrase citation: when the author's ideas are recounted, summarized or reorganized in the author's own words.
In this type of quotation, the page number is not included. Example: According to Granadillo (1998) or (Granadillo, 1998).
- If there are several works by the same author published in the same year, they will be arranged literally in alphabetical order; thus, (Granadillo, 2008a), (Granadillo, 2008b), Granadillo (2008a), Granadillo (2008b).
- If there are two authors, only the first surname of each will be used, for example: According to Pietri and Granadillo (2008) or (Pietri and Granadillo, 2008), following the same criteria explained above for textual citations and paraphrases.
- If there are three or more authors, the surname of the main author should be included, followed by "et al.", for example: (Rincón et al., 2008).
- Citations of unpublished or in-print works, as well as references to communications and private documents of limited circulation, should be avoided whenever possible, unless strictly necessary.
- In the case of documentary, electronic, or other sources that, due to their nature, make it unfeasible or complex to adopt the cited author-date suggested in these standards, the reference may be used or opted for the one cited in the footnote.
References. References (bibliographic, newspaper, oral, and/or documentary) should be presented at the end of the text. The order of references is alphabetical by surname. Different works by the same author should be organized chronologically, in ascending order, and if there are two or more works by the same author and year, the strict alphabetical order by title should be maintained.
References will be made taking into account the standards of the American Psychological Association (APA) in its 7th edition, available at: https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/references and applying the guidelines established in this section.
References should be made only to those cited in the work. The authors are responsible for the accuracy of the references.
Books or manuals: must contain the last name (comma), first initial (period), year of publication in parentheses (period), title of the work in italics (period), edition in parentheses (period), publisher (period), URL if it is a digital version or the DOI (no period at the end).

Jackson, L. (2019). The Psychology of Prejudice: From Attitudes to Social Action. (2nd ed.). American Psychological Association. https://doi.org/10.1037/0000168-000

Appendices are counted as part of the page count of the manuscript. In the case of figures and tables, the author may accompany the original with any illustrations they deem necessary.
